Psyllium Seed Husks, organic
Dietary fibre for the digestion
Sat Isabgol is purely vegetable and made from Indian sand plantain (plantago psyllium), grown in the northwest of India. Annual, low growing herb. Flowering twigs, shaping the ear, sprout from upper leaf axillas. The fibres of this ear are used to make the psyllium husks.
Psyllium husks contain more than 80% roughage. One teaspoon of psyllium husks contains the same amount of soluble roughage as 14 teaspoons of oat flakes.
